Pluto, IAU, Joseph, Joseph's brothers, Purpose and me.

Pluto: Here I come, I'm a planet.

IAU: Not in our World.

Pluto: But my shape is controlling by gravitational forces and not by mechanical forces.

IAU: Yes, but you've not been able to clear your neighborhood and haven't met the whole of our criteria.

Pluto was discovered by Clyde Tombaugh in 1930 as the ninth planet from the Sun. After 1992, its status as a planet was questioned.

In 2006, the International Astronomical Union (IAU) downgraded the status of Pluto to that of a dwarf planet because it did not meet the three criteria the IAU uses to define a full-sized planet.

Essentially Pluto meets all the criteria except one, it “has not cleared its neighboring region of other objects.

In lieu of that, there has been arguments as to whether it really should be classified as a planet or not.

Joseph: Here I am, the destined boy.

Brothers: Shall we then leave the house for you or bow for you?

Joseph: No! I didn't meant that, but you all know God is in the course of my destiny.

Brothers: Not in this (house) Family!

And that resonated to their argument on the field whether to slay him, cast him into the pit or to sell him to the Ishmeelite.

Me: Obviously, Joseph's brothers questioned his existence in their relationship (Family) even right at the sight of their father.

They said, "Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words".

But surprisingly, Joseph didn't strive to remain as their biological brother even in the family because the relationship wasn't fitting for his destiny.

And I assumed that choice to be the reason he was able to fulfil purpose. If not he would have been slain.

But if the story of Joseph teaches anything, it is that:

We all have a choice. We can wear out our hurt or wear our hope. We can outfit ourselves in our misfortune or we can clothe ourselves in God's Providence.

We can cave into pandemonium of life, or we can lean on the perfect plan of God. And we can believe this promise that: "All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose".

If your existence or activeness in a relationship is been questioned on timely basis, never feel or see yourself strange.

Instead, take a "U" turn, find where you're fitting, and never dare to invest your lifetime efforts in creating a planet that will soon or later disappear like that of Pluto!

You're never strange to Success, what made you strange is your relationship, whether intra-personal or interpersonal relationship.

God is never pleased or glorified in us being just alike, because He created us to be unique.

Fixing yourself around that relationship will only make you a noise instead of a voice, an echo instead of a sound.

As a matter of fact, as far as purpose/destiny is concerned, right relationship is the catalyst to its fulfillment.

Invariably, the height at which a man could ever imagine to attain is basically dependent on the kind of relationship he fixes himself into.

Joseph didn't saw himself and his Purpose comfortable in the confines of his biological relationship regardless of numbers of years they had been together.

Being in relationship for 3 years or more is not a problem as much as you are going "places" with it.

It is only relationship of short term benefit without going anywhere that is the big problem.

The difference between the two is not in the benefits but the quality of impact generated by a resourceful mind that is driven by a sense of purpose.

Don't try fixing yourself where you'd only be tolerated, but where you'd be celebrated!

Shalom
