The 6th National President of the Law Students Association Of Nigeria (LAWSAN), His Excellency, Dist. Sen. Muhammad Abubakar Yasir, SABUK, GCOL on the 6th December, 2023 conferred the revered national honour of Commander of the Order of LAWSAN (COL) on an outstanding Law student, student leader, community builder and Sustainable Development Goals advocate, Abdulrasheed Mubarak.

Mubarak is a driven and dedicated penultimate law student at Bayero University, Kano and Founder, MF Consortium, a platform that was found in order to enlighten the young, inspire the hopeless and impact positively to the society.

He had the privilege of occupying numerous leadership positions and contributing to the development of all spheres.

He has worked in field of Human and Community development for two (2) years, participating in more than 20 community services as project coordinator and volunteer.

Mubarak is a Fellow of Gender and Education Fellowship, Millennium Fellowship Class of 2023 and Green Leader Academy Environmental Leadership Fellowship.

The LAWSAN National Honours are a set of orders and decorations conferred upon committed and outstanding law students.
