Pa Samu opened his door to see angry women in front of his room. His tenants were angry for whatever reason… ‘Mama Joe, what is the issue this early moring?’

‘What is not the issue…10,000 for NEPA bill?’ another voice answered angrily.

Pa Samu was surprised by this. He was sure he read it right. This month’s bill was #1,000.

Someone handed it to him, and he saw it this time, ‘1-2-3-4-5…This is 1,000 naira…Ooh, the extra zero was a mistake.’

‘Mtchew…’The women hissed and left one after the other
