   My utmost gratitude to the Almighty God for making it possible for you to be hale and healthy in the land of the living today, especially for giving you the cause to celebrate your birthday.
As your name connotes, it is actually a double Blessing; celebrating new year in new Office.

   I wish to congratulate your parents and families for raising such an upright and charismatic Son that you are. To every individual; friends, partners, colleagues, sibblings etc that has contributed immensely to your well being, I give kudos to them all.

   I will also use this medium to thank you for being generous to me, putting me through in my chosen career, setting my foot on the right part, mentoring me on Community Development and many more of your efforts on me. I really appreciate you for the supports you've been giving me,  my Sustainable Community Development Projects and the listening hear you're giving me at all time Sir.

   Blessing Amudipe no doubt is a Proud Son of Ayegbaju-Ekiti, he is well known as a Philantropist who has touched a lot of lives both indigene and non-indigene of Ayegbaju-Ekiti. I pray that our good Lord in His infinite mercies will continue to bless and keep you Sir.

   Blessing Amudipe is a lover of all, in his quest to impact lives, he co-founded Proudly Ayegbaju Ekiti Movement; an avenue that serves as a link between the Honourables and the Vulnerables, givers and the needy, problems detected in the community and the lives of residents were being solved through the Movement. The Movement which has really impacted the lives of the people residing in the Town and beyond.
I pray that the Movement will make more impacts in Jesus name. (Amen)

   Blessing Amudipe is well known as a Real Estate Guru who is trying his possible best to take Real Estate Business to the next level, his dodgedness and effective reasoning capacity is second to none.
He's introduced and enumerated efficacy concepts to better the lives of Real Estate Agents and as well create an enabling environment for the amateurs and beginners in the Business.
He's working tirelessly in solving the myriad problems that we Real Estate Agents are facing and also to make Housing and Real Estate Investment affordable for the general populace. I pray may God crown your efforts with success in Jesus name. (Amen)

   Blessing Amudipe's thirst for Community Growth and Development made him to create Ayegbaju-Ekiti TV, he believes that through this initiative, the opportunities and the happenings in the Community will be projected to the Sons and Daughters of Ayegbaju and the world at large.
May God give you the power to dream and achieve more Sir.

   Blessing Amudipe is a Leader and Comrade, he's been ever supportive to the Ayegbaju-Ekiti Youth Forum (AEYF), Federation of Ayegbaju Ekiti Student Union (FASU), Sustainable Grassroots Development Program (SGDP); the first Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Ayegbaju-Ekiti and many more Groups, Associations, Clubs etc.

   He's been giving Ayegbaju Sons and Daughters who are at home and abroad an update on the happenings in the Town by going LIVE whenever the need arises and also giving useful advices to them to improve their lives and to ensure for the sustainable development of the Community.

   It is my prayer that as you are celebrating your birthday today, good things will be birthed into your life and career as well.
You will not lack anything good. The grace to function the more in all areas of your life, our gracious Lord will give it unto you.

   I really appreciate your tutelage, I must confess that you are leading and mentoring me by example.
