It's the end of the year, and the only thing that keeps ringing in my head is, what do you have to show for it.
Truth be told, this year did a number on majority of us. While a few of us were cashing out, some where depressed, some were watching from the sidelines and living like there is no tomorrow.
If this year has taught me anything, it's that life is really short. I have seen close relatives died, some were sick, while other laments about the situation of the country. The point is everyone has one or two things to say about this year but notwithstanding, #WeMove.
I hope next year is going to be better. There is no other way to tell than to be there yourself.
A lot of plans we're not achieved due to the situation of this year but it okay to revisit those plans again, some plans might need changes and tweaks but it's going to be alright this time.
One of the most exciting things about life is, you only have to get it right once, you can fail and try again as many times as possible but once you gets it right, you don't need to try again.
You don't have to rush things if you don't want to.
Lots of folks are trying to do lots of stuff very quickly probably because they want to maintain a status co or they want to impress and belong to a particular class in the society. I understand that every society has it's own problems of classism, everyone wants to be among the cool class, no one want to look uncool. That's fine actually, but children don't start walking in a day, they crawl, stand and fall many times before finally walking, it's sad that they don't get to fly physically.
You can't hustle overnight and except all the goodies of the world, it takes time and you have to accept it.
Stop worrying.
Don't worry yourself with things you see outside, lots of them are not real, you will be doing more harm to yourself and mental health if you think much about them.
Consistency.
Consistency is one of the most important quality in this century, it's quite difficult to be consistent and it takes more than passion to be consistent. Passion might get you started but consistency will keep you afloat.
loved ones.
Check on your loved ones, some are probably busy doing one thing or the other, while some are going through a rough patch, you can't imagine. You don't need to wait upon them knocking before you open your door.
Stucked?
Ask for help, asking for help isn't weakness, it's being smart. Asking for help makes it faster to achieve something you are stuck on, it also give you insight on what's was missing and you will be able to see another point of view towards what you are stuck on.
Remain Blessed.
