I was having a conversation with some guys about success and work. They said hard work is not wealth(which I agree with), you only get wealth by the grace of God(which I totally disagree with) 

Proverbs 21:5, 13:14, 12:27, 12:24, 10:4, 
Proverbs 22:29 
Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men. 
Everyone maybe doing business or working, but not everyone is diligent at what they do. 
Here's where they get it all backwards.    
Proverbs 10:22" The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. 
(1. What is the blessing of the Lord?) 
Proverbs 22:2"The rich and poor meet together: the LORD is the maker of them all. 
(2. He only made them all, but he never made them so)  
1. The blessing of the Lord is neither physical or monetary, it's the gift of a man. 
Proverbs 18:16" A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men. 
According to Proverbs 10:22" the blessing only make rich but the blessing is not riches it self, it's the gift, talent, skills God gave that will make you rich, and that's the blessing of the Lord.  

If God distributes riches and poverty, then what are the criteria. 
We have non-believers who are richly blessed by God, and we have men of God who are poverty stricken.
will God choose to make me poor in the first place?have poverty solved any problem?Wealth is a solution, but poverty is a problem.So they asked, what is the difference between Hard Work and Diligence?
 

Hard Work:is the total dependency on physical strength and abilities to get a task done.
Diligence: is the ability to maximize time, capitalizing on mental strength, and physical abilities, to get a task done.
Dictionary Meaning:Performing with intense concentration, focus, responsible regarding the consequences of thinking your wealth is not a product of your conscious effort in trading your skills or gift or talent or blessing.
People will become so lethargic, people will do nothing or little(Even if I do much, it's not guaranteed God will make me rich),that's the notion that help poor people excuse their inadequacy to make wealth, and keep them poor,no Prayer equals 

Diligence or Character.If you lack those two, you only came to watch cinema here on earth.There's time and place for everything, you can't over emphasis or stretch one truth over others.Jesus said this "kind"goeth not... One thing can't work for all kind, get to know what works for this kind. Some kind require prayer why some common sense.
