"As a man, you dare not cry! As a man you are to be strong, don't show weakness. Don't show the people how you cannot handle failure!"

"You are a woman, you are bound to cry! You are a woman, you cry because you're a weaker vessel!"

Emotions are not gender specified.
Tears are not gender specified,
neither is showing them signify any gender as weak.

Strength is not bottling up!
Strength is not stoicism!

Tears work as pain reliving remedy that takes away the pang of hurt and raw, aching emotions from the heart but apparently, society has made it possible to view men who bow to the clutches of emotions as weak and unmanly.

Meanwhile, the female gender is naturally acceptable to feel them because she is the weaker sex.

Weakness does not apply to the bucket of tears or the hurt within you and how you express it.
Showing emotions does not devalue the traits of being a man or a woman.
Society has changed the views of life and made segregations in respect to each gender.

Weakness can only be when you failed through going through the worst path in life.
Purposely choosing the bad things and calling it the greatest form of lifestyle.

Weakness is the process when you manipulate your way in people's life in order to feel inferior. When you openly become the villain with sadistic attributes, included.

Men and women are allowed to be equal when it comes down to emotions.
A single tear is enough to bring forth a sense of relief but years of loading pains and hurt within the heart of man is enough to kill and to eventually make you weaker than the average man.

Dear men and women, you aren't weak when you cry or get emotional.

Africa has trained the male child to become stoic, due to the hardship of the continent as a whole. Africa has made it mandatory to instill the wrong kind of masculinity in the men of society.

The society in general frowns upon men who are seen as soft but clap their hands for women who show their emotions.

Men are not robots, women are not feeble creatures. Both have the equal rights to express their emotions without society pointing fingers and making labels.

Equality is emotional, as equality does not oppress the other gender. Equality in emotions is human rights and equality in feelings is a natural norm.

If the tears of a mother can move mountains, the tears of a man can stop the world and give him peace within his state of mind.

If a sorrowful cry to God can answer prayers. The tears flowing from a man can give strength and will give strength and not display weakness.

Dear men, work hard, pray hard, but cry hard. Society can never understand your heart and can never control the emotions you bottle up. It is a sign of weakness when you don't show emotions or shed tears not a sign of masculinity.

Just as women have the equal rights to do the things they do in world today, men should have the equal rights to be in touch with their heart for it heals the pains of the past and future.

Tears have no gender limitation,
tears are the shield to the soul and an escape to become stronger.
