I was a good child to my parents
A good example to my friends parents
Mark mine words
"I was"

Am dying from self denial
For am chocking from within
And the chains holding me are heavy
But my desires hold me away from salvation

I want to stop it
I wish to stop it
But i fail
Am weak and a coward

I am a slave of addiction
A slave of drugs and drinks
From a sip to sips
A puff to puffs
Slowly leading to my grave

My will I write
To the youths all right
My advice to heed
Don't fall a prey
And a drinking one to be

Am dying from drinking
Poison and death
Dirt and immoral
Yet I can't stop
Yet I can't.
