Hey, Lonely Hearts!

May I call for a meeting?

Our times are here, when sweet moments fade away.

When the smiling lip goes nay,

And our beaming eyes go dim.

Though it was interesting, fun-filled,

Until our moment came yapping for our soul.

Shall I lay to heart the blooming morning, the dazzling nights,

As petals of love came dripping from the branch of the generous stem.

Shall I bring to bear the cage cracking moment,

When laughter makes us grasp for breath.

Alas, came for us the hurtful of all times...

Glorious past makes the heart beat faster.

The smile of the 'yester' makes the eye misty.

What have we? What consoleth thee?

Holding precariously to the promises yet to come.

A promised appearance of a translucent future.

Where rain of petals shall pour again...

And the flood of happiness shall come rolling us away.

Shall we stop waiting? Else comes a flood of Noah.

The unexpected may come dragging us instead.

But we shall wait patiently, that our time may come.

That the rain of hope may shower again,

and the time shall bring to light once more,

the asynchronous beat of tantamount hearts.

Then we shall say,

"God Pays Me".
